About Mahjong Solitaire
This is a free, browser-based version of the classic Mahjong Solitaire tile-matching puzzle. It runs entirely in your browser — there is nothing to download or install, and you never need to create an account.
Guaranteed-solvable boards
Many mahjong games deal random tiles that can leave you in an impossible position through no fault of your own. Every board here is generated with a reverse-removal algorithm, which means a valid winning sequence is always guaranteed to exist. If you get stuck, the game can always be solved — try Undo, Hint, or Shuffle.
The classic turtle layout
The tiles are arranged in the traditional four-layer "turtle" (also called "dragon") layout of 144 tiles, the same shape that has shipped with desktop mahjong games for decades.
