Send a request

Email hello@mahjongturtle.comwith the subject line “Content removal request.” Use an email address where a clarification question can reach you. Do not send unrelated sensitive information.

Information to include

A useful request identifies the issue precisely and includes:

  1. The protected work: identify the work or material you believe is protected, with enough detail to distinguish it.
  2. The exact Mahjong Turtle URL: provide the page address and, when useful, the heading, image, or passage at issue.
  3. An explanation of the concern: describe the relationship between the protected work and the material at the supplied URL.
  4. Your contact information: provide a name or role and a working return email address so the request can be understood and clarified.
  5. Good-faith basis: state that you have a good-faith basis for raising the concern and for asking that the identified use be reviewed.
  6. Accuracy: confirm that the information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

How requests are reviewed

Incomplete or unclear requests may require clarification. Supplied URLs and explanations may be compared with the material on the site and other available context. When appropriate, material may be changed, restricted, or removed. No particular result or response deadline is guaranteed.

Fraudulent, knowingly inaccurate, or abusive notices are not accepted. This process does not decide disputed ownership or provide a legal conclusion about the rights of any person. If your concern is a factual correction rather than a rights issue, the ordinary Contact page may be more suitable.

Traditional game elements

Traditional Mahjong solitaire rules, layout concepts, Mahjong symbols, Unicode characters, and generic game terminology are not presented as exclusively owned by Mahjong Turtle.
