Information you send directly
Mahjong Turtle can be contacted at hello@mahjongturtle.com. We receive the information you choose to include in your email, such as your email address, name, message, and attachments. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.
Browser-local Daily Challenge information
Mahjong Turtle stores Daily Challenge progress in your browser using local storage. This may include challenge dates and identifiers, completion status, completion time, move count, hint or undo usage, and streak information.
This information remains on your device and is not sent to Mahjong Turtle unless you choose to include it in a message to us. You can remove it by clearing this site's stored data in your browser.
Accounts
No account is required, and account creation is not currently offered. Mahjong Turtle does not ask you to create a profile to play, use Learn Mode, choose layouts, or access the Daily Challenge.
Hosting, security, and technical records
Mahjong Turtle is delivered through third-party hosting and network providers. These providers may automatically process ordinary technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site, such as an IP address, requested page, request time, browser or device information, security events, and error information.
The availability and retention of these records depend on the provider and the site's configuration.
Advertising is currently disabled
Mahjong Turtle does not currently serve third-party advertisements or load active Google AdSense advertising tags. No visible ad placements are currently loaded.
If third-party advertising is enabled in the future, advertising providers such as Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising where permitted. This policy and any required consent controls will be updated before advertising is activated.
Email processing
Email messages are processed by the sender's and recipient's email providers. Mahjong Turtle uses messages to respond to inquiries and maintain necessary correspondence.
Children
Mahjong Turtle is a general-audience puzzle site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe a child has provided personal information.
